The last few days have been a roller coaster! I have to start with a big thank you! We cannot even begin to tell you how much we appreciate the calls, cards, gifts, flowers, visits, and especially your prayers. Annie is going home today. If you would like to reach her, please call her cell phone at 972.523.2968.
Braden is doing great! We have not received an update regarding his blood vessel. But we'll let you know as soon as we hear something. Braden is definitely a mover and a shaker. Everytime I see him, he's wiggling his feet and toes. Sometimes his arms will move all around and those tiny fingers wiggle every now and then.
Since that bright light is over his incubator, his eyes are shielded at all times. So we haven't seen his little face. But we do know that he has Annie's nose. And he definitely has Steve's body shape, especially those long legs and arms. Those feet of his are just like Steve's!
I wanted to include a photo that will perhaps give you a frame of reference. This is Braden with his toy duck. That little duck is only 3 inches long and 2 inches tall. You can also see his pamper. That pamper is about 2 inches tall.
